About
Mitsuri Kanroji is the Love Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, a cheerful and affectionate young woman known for her pink-and-green hair and her enormous appetite. Born with muscles far denser than a normal person's, she was once rejected by suitors who feared her strength, and she joined the Corps in search of people who would accept her for who she is.
Mitsuri fights not out of hatred, but out of a wish to protect the people she loves and to build a world where everyone can live happily. Her gentle, open heart makes her one of the most beloved Hashira, and her loyalty to her friends, above all Obanai Iguro, carries her through the fiercest battles against the Upper Moons.
Abilities
Love Breathing
A style she created herself. Fluid, whirling forms such as Shivering Love and Love Pangs let her strike from every angle with astonishing flexibility.
Whip-like Sword
Her unique blade is thin and bendable like a ribbon, and only someone with her exceptional muscle control can wield it with precision.
Super Muscle Density
Her muscles are many times denser than a normal person's, giving her enormous raw strength and a body that moves with incredible flexibility.
Demon Slayer Mark
The mark awakens on her body during the Swordsmith Village arc, greatly boosting her power, speed and endurance in battle.
Agility & Acrobatics
She leaps, twists and bends through the air with ease, dodging attacks and slicing from unexpected directions.
Unshakable Heart
Her compassion and determination keep her fighting even when badly wounded, always putting others before herself.
Notable battles
Mitsuri fought beside Tanjiro, Nezuko and Genya against Upper Moon Four, Hantengu, in the Swordsmith Village, where she awakened her Mark and proved her place among the Hashira. In the Infinity Castle she joined Obanai against Upper Moon One, Kokushibo, and stood against Muzan Kibutsuji in the final battle, giving everything to protect her comrades until the dawn finally broke.
