About
Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps and the head of the Butterfly Mansion, where wounded slayers recover. Gentle and always smiling, she hides a deep anger over the death of her sister Kanae, who was killed by a demon.
Too small to cut off a demon's head, Shinobu developed her own method instead: a thin sword and a poison made from wisteria that can kill demons from the inside. Brilliant and sharp, she became one of the Corps' most unique fighters, while still caring deeply for the people she treated.

Shinobu clashed with demons across many missions, but her defining fight was against Doma, Upper Moon Two, the demon who killed her sister. She had planned a poison strong enough to defeat him, and even in her final moments she made sure her work would help her comrades finish the job.
