About
Tobirama Senju was the Second Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, the younger brother of Hashirama Senju, and the most brilliant inventor in the entire history of the shinobi world. Where his older brother was a dreamer who built the village on hope, Tobirama was the pragmatist who built it to last — he created the Academy, the Chunin Exams, the ANBU Black Ops, the village's police force (controversially handed to the Uchiha clan), and nearly every institution that defined Konoha for generations. He also invented more forbidden jutsu than anyone in history: the Flying Thunder God that Minato would perfect, the Edo Tensei that Orochimaru would weaponize, and the Shadow Clone Jutsu that Naruto would build his entire fighting style on. Cold, calculating, and unflinching in his distrust of the Uchiha clan, he died as he lived — sacrificing himself as a decoy against the Kinkaku Force during the First Great Ninja War so that his student Hiruzen and the next generation could escape.

The greatest Water Release user in history — could summon vast oceans of water from nothing, even in regions with no water source nearby, creating devastating dragon and waterfall techniques from thin air.
Flying Thunder God
The space-time ninjutsu he invented — marks kunai with a special seal and instantly teleports to any of them, the technique later perfected by his successor Minato Namikaze.
Edo Tensei
The forbidden Reanimation Jutsu he created — summons the dead as immortal regenerating puppets bound to a living sacrifice, a technique so dangerous it would later be weaponized by Orochimaru and Kabuto.

Notable battles
Tobirama's defining fights span centuries of shinobi history. During the Warring States Period he fought alongside Hashirama against the Uchiha clan in countless battles — and it was Tobirama who personally killed Izuna Uchiha, Madara's younger brother, an act that forever cemented the hatred between the two clans. As Second Hokage he defended the village through the First Great Ninja War, ultimately sacrificing himself as a decoy against the Kinkaku Force of Kumogakure so that his young student Hiruzen Sarutobi and the rest of his team could escape — naming Hiruzen the Third Hokage in his final moments. Reanimated twice by Orochimaru, he fought his old master Hiruzen atop the Konoha rooftops in the Konoha Crush, and decades later was reanimated again in the Fourth Great Ninja War — where he fought alongside the Allied Shinobi Forces against Obito, Madara, and the Ten-Tails, even landing critical blows on the legendary Madara himself.
