About
Hashirama Senju was the First Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village and the man the shinobi world would come to call the God of Shinobi — the only human in history strong enough to defeat Madara Uchiha at the height of his power. Born into the Warring States Period as the eldest son of the Senju clan's leader, he watched his younger brothers die one by one on the battlefield, including his beloved brother Kawarama and later Itama. He dreamed of a village where children would no longer be sent to die, and found an unlikely friend in Madara Uchiha, the eldest son of his clan's greatest enemy. The two boys dreamed together of a village built on a mountain, and as adults they actually built it. They named it Konohagakure, and Hashirama became its First Hokage. Yet Madara turned against the village he helped found, and the two friends had to face each other at the Valley of the End — a duel so devastating it carved the very geography of the shinobi world and was remembered for centuries.

Wood Release
The legendary Kekkei Genkai only he possessed naturally — combines earth and water natures to grow living wood from nothing, shaping trees, branches, and entire forests to attack, defend, or transform landscapes.
Sage Mode
Gathers natural chakra to enter Sage Mode, multiplying his already legendary power many times over and unlocking his most devastating technique — only usable in this state.
True Several Thousand Hands
His ultimate Sage Mode jutsu — summons a vast wooden statue with a thousand hands the size of a mountain that overwhelms even a Susanoo-clad Nine-Tails with sheer force.
Bringer-of-Darkness
A forbidden genjutsu that plunges the entire battlefield into pitch darkness, blinding all enemies caught within range — only the strongest Sharingan users have ever broken through it.
Notable battles
Hashirama's defining fights shaped the entire shinobi world. During the Warring States Period he led the Senju clan against the Uchiha in countless battles, until his old friend Madara agreed to peace and together they founded Konohagakure. When Madara turned against the village he had helped build, Hashirama faced him alone at what would become the Valley of the End — Madara riding the Nine-Tailed Fox and armored in a Perfect Susanoo, against Hashirama in Sage Mode riding his True Several Thousand Hands wooden colossus. The battle carved a vast canyon into the earth, killed Madara (or so the world believed), and gave the Nine-Tails to Hashirama's wife Mito Uzumaki to seal — beginning the line of jinchuriki that would end with Naruto. Decades later, reanimated by Orochimaru during the Fourth Great Ninja War, Hashirama and his brother Tobirama helped the Allied Shinobi Forces against Madara and Obito, and Hashirama personally faced Madara one final time — the two old friends finally resting side by side after centuries of blood.
