About
Brook is the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates, a skeleton gentleman from the West Blue who ate the Revive-Revive Fruit more than fifty years ago. His former crew, the Rumbar Pirates, were wiped out at sea, and Brook’s soul came back to a body that was nothing but bones, leaving him alone for decades.
He joined Luffy at Thriller Bark, after Luffy rescued his shadow, and soon became the crew’s musician, swordsman, and its voice of laughter. His dream is to reunite with Laboon, the whale he promised to return to, and to see him again someday.
