Machi Komacine is one of the original members of the Phantom Troupe, holding the number three among the spider's ranks. Born, like the rest of the founding Troupe, in Meteor City, she carries the cold composure of someone who grew up where the law refused to look. Rarely raising her voice and never wasting a word, Machi watches her surroundings with a still, unsettling patience — the kind that comes from knowing she can end a life with a single thread pulled tight. Her loyalty to the Troupe, and especially to Chrollo Lucilfer, is absolute and unquestioned, and she is one of the few people Hisoka Morow actually trusts enough to rely on.

Transmutes her aura into thin, near-invisible threads whose length, strength, and elasticity she can freely control — strong enough to sever limbs or hold a target in place.

Uses her threads to stitch wounds closed and reattach severed body parts with surgical precision — a rare healing application of Transmutation Nen.
Tracking Threads
Attaches a Nen thread to a person or object and follows the line across long distances, allowing her to track targets through crowds and cities undetected.
Transmutation Nen
Her natural Nen category gives her aura its thread-like properties, and her mastery of basic techniques makes her one of the most precise Nen users in the Troupe.

Machi rarely seeks the spotlight, yet she is present at nearly every major Troupe operation — from the Yorknew City auction massacre to the pursuit of the captured Chrollo.
