About
Trafalgar D. Water Law, the "Surgeon of Death", is the captain of the Heart Pirates, a former Warlord of the Sea from Flevance in the North Blue. As a child, he survived the destruction of his homeland and was saved by Donquixote Rosinante, who gave his life to give Law a chance to live, and to fight Doflamingo.
Cunning and cool, Law uses the Ope Ope no Mi to turn the battlefield into an operating table. He forged an alliance with Luffy to defeat Doflamingo and later Kaido, and has since become one of the most formidable rivals and allies the Straw Hats have known, carrying the legacy of Corazon and the will of the D.
